Meet our People

RLI associates — or employees — are entrepreneurs and innovators. They are agents of change and improvement. They are encouraged to question how things are done and to suggest better ways of doing them.

After all, they’re each a shareholder in the company, and are in the best position of any shareholder to improve how the company performs.
