When you find a job that interests you, click on
Submit My Resume to create an account and enter your resume into our applicant tracking system.
Submit your resume and other credentials for the job that interests you. If you see a confirmation
that your resume was submitted, you can be sure that we received it.
An RLI representative will contact you if you appear to be a good match for the position. The timing
of the contact will depend on the position of interest.
Once you pass the initial contact, well schedule an interview. The interview process can involve
multiple steps, and require some time to complete. We always try to respond in a timely manner and keep
you informed every step of the way.
Other information you should know:
We retain your profile for at least one year. So even if the position of interest does not work out,
you may be considered for other positions, based on your profile.
Offers of employment are conditional upon satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background
verification and obligatory drug testing.
