RLI founder Gerald Stephens ran the company through 2000 with vision and passion.
He regularly shared his enthusiasm for our business, cheering his employees on to constant
improvement. His weekly messages provided consistent reminders of where we were going and
how we were to get there.
Several of those thoughts are as viable today as they were when they were written.
They speak to both the RLI of the past and the RLI of the future, because the values that
have determined our success to date will also guide us to future achievements.
